Responsibilities will include: 

  • Answering main line phones and greeting visitors coming in to the office 

  • Processing and maintaining onboarding for all candidates (i.e. candidate I-9 verifications and ordering of: degree verifications, drug screenings, skills testing, etc) 

  • First point of contact for temp employee time reporting and payroll 

  • Verification all onboarding paperwork for payroll has been completed 

  • Reviewing and processing weekly time sheets for temp and contract employees 

  • Timely and accurately delivery of weekly payroll numbers to payroll provider 

  • Processing of weekly payroll numbers to management 

  • Prepare and maintain related payroll records including employment verifications 

  • Processing and timely filing of all unemployment claims 

  • General administrative support 

  • Maintaining appearance of office and kitchen areas 

 
Qualifications: 

  • College degree or some college hours preferred; high school diploma required 

  • Professional, customer service driven, self-directed, strong work ethic, strong communicator, attention to detail 

  • Strong organization, time management, and multi-tasking skills 

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
