Compensation: $18.50

Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8:00am - 5:30pm + OT (possible Saturdays)

What’s a typical day as a Customer Service Representative ? You’ll be:

• Answering all incoming phone calls pertaining to customer questions, orders, product questions, etc.

• Assisting with the coordination of all customer service activities while meeting or exceeding the customer's expectations and requirements.

• Obtaining customer orders via fax, phone, or email and communicating with customers regarding orders; coordinating sales orders with shipping.

• Invoicing shipped orders and preparing necessary documentation.

• Compiling information for daily reporting and processing product returns.

• Participating in annual inventory and completing other assigned projects and duties.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a high school diploma or GED.

• Have 1-2 years of customer service experience.

• Possess excellent communication skills, both oral and written.

• Have a working knowledge of basic computer programs.

• Can pay attention to detail and follow work instructions.

• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities.

• Have decision-making skills and can handle difficult and confidential matters effectively and professionally.

• Have good typing skills (at least 50wpm) and proficiency in Excel.
