Our client, a leader in the e-commerce space, has experienced exponential growth the past two fiscal years and are looking to hire this individual as part of their growth strategy in 2024.
The primary goal of the Email Marketing Specialist role is to develop and execute email marketing campaigns to engage their audience, drive customer retention and support overall marketing objectives. The ideal candidate will bring a creative mindset, a data-driven approach and a passion for delivering impactful email campaigns.
Email Marketing Specialist Responsibilities:
Plan, create and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns, including content creation, segmentation, scheduling, and deployment
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of email campaigns with overall marketing strategies
Analyze customer data to segment audiences effectively, ensuring personalized and relevant email content for different customer segments
Create compelling and engaging email content, including copy, visuals, and calls-to-action, to drive customer engagement and conversions
Stay current with email marketing best practices, industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and maximize deliverability
Email Marketing Specialist Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Proven experience in email marketing, including campaign management and analysis
Proficient in email marketing platforms and marketing automation tools
Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
Detail-oriented, with a focus on delivering high-quality, error-free content
