Job Description

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher, with a preference for a major in computer-related fields.
2. Over 8 years of experience as a manager in cross-regional data center or similar IT infrastructure operations and management.
3. Experience managing teams of 20 or more is preferred.
4. Proficient in data center management standards.
5. Familiar with ITIL management processes and methods. 1. Lead the data center IT infrastructure operations team to fulfill customer SLA commitments and satisfaction requirements.

1. Guide the data center IT infrastructure operations team to achieve optimal cost management.
2. Oversee the development of the company’s operations team, create and continuously optimize work processes, and improve operational management standards.
3. Direct the management team in process control and standardization, ensuring safe production in the data center.
4. Communicate and coordinate with other relevant departments within the company or technical contacts from other companies.
