Job Description:

They are seeking a skilled and motivated legal office administrator / paralegal to join their legal team. The ideal candidate will have a background in litigation support and understanding of civil litigation. This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex cases and contribute to the success of a reputable firm.

Responsibilities:

* Civil litigation experience, assisting attorneys in cases
* Interact and coordinate with vendors
* Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certification, preferred or relevant years of experience
* 3-5 years of litigation experience
* Knowledge of business disputes a plus
* Familiarity with the financial markets and acumen
* Excellent organizational and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
