What: Restoration ReConstruction Estimator & Project Manager

Where:Hampden, ME

What You’ll Get:

• Base Salary with a potential to earn $70,000 – 100,000+ based on sales, profitability and drive

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years’ experience in construction and understanding of the mechanics in construction

• 2+ years’ experience in estimating jobs, specifically in Disaster Restoration Reconstruction and repair

• 2+ years’ in a Management/Project Management Role in Disaster Restoration Reconstruction

• Proficient in using Xactimate & XactAnalysis; and must be tech savvy and proficient with Microsoft Office

• Proven ability to oversee and manage 10-15 projects at one time

• Ability to manage budgets and schedules

• Mitigation experience with IICRC Certifications in Water, Mold, Smoke a plus

• Must be able to pass a background check, drug screening & have valid driver’s license

What You’ll Do:

The Restoration Reconstruction Estimator & Project Manageris responsible for estimating, selling, oversight & management of restoration (re)construction/repair projects, performing site inspections, document losses with accurate measurements, notes and photographs with strong attention to detail; estimating the cost of the entire project through the use of Xactimate; negotiating costs with insurance carrier representatives; communicating with the Production Manager issues that will affect the project schedule, progress and/or budget. They will also manage the project cycle by providing direction and coordination of all field activities related to the installation teams and any coordinated subcontractors; ability to read Xactimate scopes proficiently; managing the project schedule throughout the project lifecycle; and securing any unique materials, permits and/or equipment required to complete the project.
