The Director Perioperative Services adheres to organizational leadership standards, maintains reliable attendance, and complies with safety policies. They participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with regulations and organizational policies. The ideal candidate will have a nursing degree, RN licensure in Maine, BLS and ACLS certifications (or obtain within six months), at least three years of perioperative experience, advanced computer skills, CNOR certification, and strong leadership abilities.
