We are looking for a qualified server who can provide our customers with an outstanding guest experience. The server must be able to meet all the needs of our customers, compelling them to come back again.

Making menu recommendations based on the needs and preferences of customers is a crucial factor for improving the dining experience and our restaurant's profitability. Communicating with guests in a professional and friendly manner is a must for excellent customer experience.

A good job candidate must be able to perfectly prepare and serve food and beverages. They also need to keep their work area clean and well-organized, as well as ensure it is always fully stocked.

Responsibilities of a Server:

• Taking orders and serving food and drinks to customers
• Preparing beverages, including both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options
• Communicating with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Nurturing customers to provide an exceptional guest experience
• Making menu recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences
• Keeping the service area clean, stocked, and well-organized
• Checking customers' IDs to ensure they meet the legal drinking age when serving alcoholic beverages

Server Job Requirements:

• Experience as a server
• Knowledge of food and beverage preparation
• Basic computer and math skills
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Professional and positive disposition
• Ability to keep the service area clean, stocked, and well-organized
• Flexibility and willingness to work in shifts
